- very pleasant office atmosphere (familiar) - varied construction tasks (new construction & conversions, residential construction EFH-MFH, trade,..) - super IT equipment (Mac environment) - all long-term employees (high satisfaction) - Regular CAD workshops and support for further training courses
This could be improved
more regular meetings among employees to discuss technical innovations and the working methods of other employees
