Who we are looking for

For the Performance & Analytics department in our company State Street Bank International GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland we are looking for a Performance Analyst, Senior Associate (m/f/d) with immediate effect

What you will be responsible for

• Provide outstanding day-to-day client service on all aspects of performance and investment analytics to institutional customers in Continental Europe

• Ensure accurate and timely production of performance, attribution and risk analysis reports to your assigned customers, contribute to optimize processes as required

• Establish a long-term partnership to our clients being proactive and reliable in responding to issues and properly managing expectations; change management

• Stay current on regulations and the changing business environment, acquire market intelligence and keep informed of new developments, products, systems and ideas

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Successfully completed Bachelor in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration or Banking apprenticeship

• Minimum of two years experience as Performance Analyst or in either Fund Accounting or Administration, investment compliance or controlling, Financial Reporting or in application development in  an asset management environment (in total 3 years working experience)

• Good understanding of the general investment environment, fund accounting, different investment instruments and financial markets

• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access. SQL and VBA knowledge is beneficial.

• Proficiency in German and/or English written and spoken
