Swiss Life Asset Managers is implementing an integrated IT platform for all European real estate units. This industry-shaping initiative, consisting of a 50-strong international programme team, will sustainably transform our operations. With this unique pan-European real estate platform, we will be connecting data flows from up to 100 service providers, developing and implementing new features, workflows, and applications along our real estate value chain, harmonizing our process and data models, and thus building the base for the ongoing digitization of our real estate business.

As an Asset Management Lead Digital Real Estate (80-100%) you will shape and drive the digitalisation of the Asset Management processes in scope of the Programme and beyond. The role includes the definition of a product vision, analysis of business requirements, subsequent definition and steering of an implementation roadmap as well as leading the people change activities for a successful implementation in the business. In addition to the functional requirements of Asset Management (including Construction and Development processes), the integration of reliable data and the embedding of sustainability components are core aspects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and further development of the Real Estate Asset Management applications in close collaboration with subject matter experts and global process owners
• Coordinate local stakeholders to enforce harmonisation of requirements across all European real estate entities
• Develop and improve the implementation roadmap for all Asset Management topics including Construction and Development processes and evaluate respective change requests
• Ensure and monitor the feature implementation with a focus on a smooth user journey across the application landscape in close collaboration with the respective technical experts
• Continuous questioning and optimization of business processes and their implementation as workflows to increase operational efficiency across Swiss Life Asset Management
• Initiate and run training and people change activities to enable and motivate business users
• Guide and lead business analysts and local business experts towards high-quality standards and empower team members in delivery excellence

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate asset management and/or consulting
• A university degree from a renowned university with an above-average degree
• Excellent understanding of asset management with multilevel investment structures
• Expertise in the field of Property and Asset Management
• Profound understanding of the European real estate markets
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading the implementation of functional requirements in applications
• High affinity for data, IT and digitalisation with expertise in specialised real estate applications, BI and CRM applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mediate between the business and technical teams and experienced in working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
• Strong drive to get things done with high-quality standards and assertiveness
• Well-structured personality and transparent team player
• Fluency in German and English, French would be an advantage
• Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced organization with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
