Location

In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to work from our Berlin/Zurich/London/Warsaw offices and remotely, allowing you to tailor your work environment to suit the company needs.

The key responsibilities of this role

  • Clinical & regulatory excellence: Ensure products, content and pathways suit market needs, deliver high-quality patient outcomes and meet regulatory requirements

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead on Medical and Clinical innovation, advising product development, marketing strategies, and overall business direction. Leadership of our virtual weight loss clinics

  • Quality Assurance: Leadership of Clinical trials, Real World Evidence generation and post market surveillance. Setting the guidelines for our delivery to reach best-in-class outcomes

  • Advancing our position as a thought leader: Building our reputation and fostering relationships with key-opinion-leaders, regulatory agencies, medical professional and patient organisations in all our markets


Your profile

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in medical and clinical research in the healthcare industry (biotech, medtech, or others) preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth setting ideally focused on type 2 diabetes and obesity

  • Experience designing, implementing, and overseeing clinical trials with a successful track record of delivering to the expectations of regulators and achieving or extending market access

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and reimbursement mechanisms relevant to our operating markets

  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and motivate multidisciplinary teams

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and innovation

  • A medical degree ideally with specialisation in endocrinology, internal medicine, or a related field with demonstrable expertise in type 2 diabetes and obesity

  • Excellent command of German and English
