Project Coordinator Administrative Support AO College
In this role you are required to:
- Facilitate project team meetings online and face to face
- Provide organizational, operational, and implementation support to the AO College Project team
- Analyze participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize improvements, needed
- Work with AO staff and surgeons to achieve scalability and a sustainable implementation in key regions
- Be the first point of contact for participants and faculty
To master this challenge you have:
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills (preferably native speaker) with a natural talent for engaging storytelling and content creation
- Experience in interaction with surgeons and key opinion leaders
- The ability to effectively work to tight deadlines and within allocated resources
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Able and willing to travel several times per year
- Analytic mindset and strive to improve the program
