• Responsible for assigned products/systems and being the point of contact (internal and external) for all technical engineering matters during the entire project, supporting the internal project team across departments and for site team during erection and commissioning.
• Preparation of supplier specifications based on technical contractual requirements.
• Technical negotiations with suppliers during offer phase.
• Coordination of interfaces with other disciplines.
• Ensuring of in time and in quality delivery of documents and products by supplier.
• Supervision of suppliers throughout the project implementation phase.
• Quality check of drawings, supplier PID's and plausibility checks of system components.
• Execution of inspections at supplier workshop.
• Supporting site team during erection and commissioning, including preparation of relevant documents.
• Implementation of lesson learnt and lean management.
• Product areas: Boiler cleaning systems, combustion air ducts, combustion air preheaters, scrubber, plastic piping.
• Implementation of the HSE requirements

• Completed mechanical or process engineering degree (FH) or relevant educational background with some years of professional experience.
• Good mechanical & process knowledge.
• Good MS Office 365 application skills.
• Team collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
• Skills in the field of welding technology (pressure and non-pressure parts)
• General knowledge of industry standards and best practices including EN, ISO, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API among others is an asset.
• Knowledge in development and optimization of systems and specifications.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to proactively collaborate across different businesses, departments, and countries, including communicate effectively across cultures.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D-CAD methodology.
