Our Digital Agency department supports companies in the field of customer facing digital touchpoints and customer journey. With our team of UX/UI designers, software architects, software engineers, project managers, business analysts, consultants, and DevOps experts, we design, build, and operate web and mobile applications for our clients. 

In 2024, ELCA Digital Agency is launching a dedicated practice around Salesforces, we are looking for new talents to support our development & growth.

As a Salesforce Expert & Practice Leader within our Digital Agency team, you will spearhead the development and management of our newly established SF practice. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Project Manager and Solution expert for Salesforce projects, ensuring consistency with business objectives.
• Providing technical leadership to team members, including onshore and offshore resources, and offering ongoing training and coaching to the Salesforce Development team.
• Planning team development both internally and externally to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Ensuring the acquisition of Specializations and Certifications to maintain and advance partnership levels.
• Collaborating with the Digital Agency Head of Business Line to define and execute a market strategy to enhance our presence within the Salesforce industry.
• Acting as an internal advocate for Salesforce, promoting our vision and service portfolio to other business lines, client partners, and the sales team.
• Managing relationships with Salesforce and fostering an active SF network to increase engagement and elevate ELCA's visibility.
• Leading all Salesforce pre-sales activities, from initial discovery meetings to solution design and workload estimation.
• Creating pre-sales materials and crafting ELCA proposals to address client RFPs.
• Serving as a thought leader in the Salesforce practice area, identifying trends, writing blog posts, speaking at events, and conducting demos.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce technical development and Solution Design, preferably in consultancy or business analysis roles.
• Previous experience in pre-sales within the Salesforce ecosystem, including estimating Salesforce development work.
• Detailed understanding of Salesforce.com platform and cloud architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and teams with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks (backlogs, sprints, events).
• Native French speaker or C2 proficiency, fluent in English (B2-C1), German language skills are a plus.
