In support of our team we are looking for a Receptionist / Junior Office Manager 80-100% for our office in Zug.
Responsibilities and duties:
Answering main office telephone, customer reception and mail processing
General administrative and commercial tasks
Correspondence (German/ English) with customers, suppliers and authorities
Contact point for employees for questions and orders in the administrative field
Appointment coordination in consultation with internal contact persons
Assisting with the day to day office management
Assisting with organizing business trips, meetings and events
Assisting with proofreading and translations of diverse documents (German-English)
Assisting with handling SIM orders (SIM Programming, Delivery E-Mails etc.)
Any other services requested by the Company that would be reasonably expected based on expertise
Qualifications and skills:
Commercial education or equivalent
Swiss German (first language), good English skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
High degree of independence, reliability, readiness of mind, organizational talent and flexibility
Ability to work with local and remote employees
