Description and Requirements

We have an opportunity where you will be able to grow, expand your career and become a future leader within supply chain customer operations.

What are your key responsibilities when you join our team?

  • Own business operations for Nordics
  • Own and drive planning/operations excellence with sales
  • Work with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for Nordics region
  • Order management/scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction
  • Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning etc
  • Lead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOL
  • Support the territory general managers, customer fulfilment and revenue attainment as well as a wider staff team

We are looking for someone with:

  • Fluent in the English language – you will be working with different nationalities; and Fluency in Swedish language
  • Previous experience of working in Telecoms Manufacturing
  • Economics/ Business/ Analytical Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a planning role – CPFR (collaborative planning) experience is an advantage
  • Flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionals
  • Confident Excel user – you will be presenting data & outcomes from them
  • Communication skills as this will be your everyday tool
