Position Summary

This is a new position in Jet Aviation’s Legal Department with high growth potential. You will support our company’s compliance and corporate governance processes. Your primary duty will be assisting the Senior Compliance Manager in conducting diligence on third parties with whom Jet Aviation does business and providing support to the Jet Aviation employees who engage with those parties. In addition, you may support international trade compliance requests and assist others in the Legal Department with employee training, internal reviews, and the development of Jet Aviation compliance policies and work instructions. You will also maintain Legal Department intranet sites and assist with corporate entity updates.

Your Mission

  • Support the sales representatives and sales consultants (international intermediary) program and the paying of commissions
  • Assist in resolving export/sanctions questions
  • Help provide training and outreach to employees who work with international intermediaries and on export/sanctions matters
  • Assist in developing global standard policies, work instructions and other processes
  • Support the Legal Department in preparing for General Dynamics corporate internal audits and Jet Aviation risk assessments and manage resulting corrective actions
  • Maintain Legal Department intranet sites and ensure content is up to date
  • Facilitate updates to Jet Aviation corporate entities and directors

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in the fields of Finance or business management
  • 2-3 years of experience in a compliance, finance, contracts environment
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and procedures
  • Top notch oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail, critical thinking, rigor and discretion
  • Cool under pressure
  • Problem solver and quick learner
