For our client, a fast-growing company, we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager. In this role you get the chance of managing the facilities team and organizing various processes and contracts.

Description

• Managing a team of four
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Coordinating various projects and processes
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards
• Serving as the primary point of contact for facility issues
• Ensuring efficient and successful handling of processes
• Collaborating closely with the real estate team
• Managing budgets and expenses for the team

Profile

• Preferably educated in facility management
• Multiple years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading a team
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Proactive, organized, and communicative
