SPORTING MANAGER - RALLYCROSS, AUTO CROSS AND CROSS CAR (Geneva - Switzerland)

The Sporting Manager will be responsible for the management of the RX Championships, the AutoCross and CrossCar Championships. Reporting to the Head of the Off Road, he or she will be in charge of the administrative management of the Off Road Commission (ORC), the RX Championship Committee and associated working groups.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Administrative management of the ORC and associated Sporting Working Groups :

  • Planning and preparing the meetings, validating the list of participants with the ORC President and the Head of Department.
  • Attending the meetings (Commission, Committee, working groups, incl. TWG).

Administrative and regulatory monitoring of the FIA World & European Rallycross Championship, AutoCross and CrossCar championship:

  • Drawing up administrative documents together with the legal, marketing, circuit/safety and technical departments
  • Responsible for the global coordination of the FIA officials before, during and after each Competition
  • Coordinate relations between the competitors and the FIA officials and ensure that a proper follow up is planned and implemented.
  • Drawing up sporting regulations in accordance with the decisions validated by the WMSC and follow up any resulting modifications.

Budget management:

  • Draw up, propose and follow up the ORC Commission/Department budget.

General:

  • Cooperate closely with other FIA departments in terms of logistic support services, technical/safety matters and administrative support services.

PROFILE:

  • University or business school
  • Relevant experience in motorsport
  • Good knowledge of motorsport
  • Good knowledge of sporting and technical regulations
  • Excellent English skills (additional proficiency in a non-European language is advantageous).
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
  • Experience in administrative management;
  • Communication skills;
