Your Role

• Provide customer service through reservations system and other communication channels
• Prepare flight and truck plans for ground handling agent
• Control cargo space ex Switzerland
• Perform inhouse sales duties
• Assist on any administrational/operation/sales duties
• Dealing with all customer service matters including complains and claims until file closure

 Requirements / Competences:

• School diploma and commercial apprenticeship required
• 1-2 years cargo experience or equivalent desirable
• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge in Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
