The Duty Station Manager is responsible to:

  • Monitor all processes in the different handling areas
  • Ensure and control delivery of all airport related customer touch points at Geneva Airport, respecting the procedures and standards
  • Optimize on-time performance and passenger satisfaction
  • Manage interfaces with local internal and external customers and authorities.
  • Propose measures in case of expected and anticipated irregularities.
  • Participate to the implementation of new procedures, processes or product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor quality performance and follow up with the service providers.
  • Work in close cooperation with various Lufthansa Group organizations.
  • Do some administrative work, respond to business enquiries and create/update manuals.

  • Broad experience across several functional areas within the airline industry
  • Customer and highly result oriented
  • Previous experience in leadership would be a strong asset

  • Ability to master difficult and challenging situations
  • Willing to work on shifts (5am to 10pm) and on weekends
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written), German would be advantageous
