ABOUT THE ROLE

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team in Geneva as a Senior Database Developer and work closely with one of our clients, a Swiss-based bank currently embarking on a comprehensive cloud migration program. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

The candidate for this position will possess primary skills in DBA and Cloud Migration, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure. The developer will be responsible for data migration to the Azure cloud in compliance with our project requirements. Successful candidates will be required to operate from both the client site and EPAM office.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside with other developers to design and implement data migration plans
• Utilize primary skills in DBA and Cloud Migration to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify any data quality issues
• Create and execute data migration test plans
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project

Requirements

• Proficient in Database Administration (DBA) and Cloud Migration
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure
• Fluent English and French skills are needed
