Your Skill Set

• Demonstrated intimate knowledge and / or proven record of success in consulting, designing, implementing and leading consulting engagements within the SAP Finance suite for Financial Services clients


• Extensive-level experience in implementing relevant solutions like SAP Finance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PaPM and / or SAP FPSL.


• Proven the ability to compare and contrast SAP solutions and help clients identify the capabilities to drive business value


• Able to execute SAP financials-focused roadmap projects including delivery estimates and quantifiable value cases


• Experience leading SAP transformation programs across process, technology and people enablement


• Demonstrated thorough abilities and success as a team leader by creating as positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues


• Consider solutions from a holistic End-to-End point of view and you want to drive innovative solutions and thrive in challenging client projects.


• Fluent in German and English.


• Team player and ready to take on responsibility on projects and foster innovative solutions.
