• You are responsible for and managecomplex consulting projects with a focus on the manufacturing industry (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
• You develop functional strategies within the scope of optimization and transformation projects
• You are also responsible for developing and leading the consulting teams
• You are a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and your actions are characterized by a deep understanding of the most important market trends
• You convinceand manage demanding and strategic key accounts
• You accompany the digital transformation by identifying (strategic) options for causes of action
• You will make a significant contribution to the further development of our business by developing and successfully positioning innovative service offerings for our customers

Bring your experience.

• You have several years of sound consulting experience in a recognized management consultancy and you have led complex consulting projects with a industry focus on manufacturing (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech and medical technology)
• Your in-depth expertise lies primarily in the areas of supply chain management and value chain transformation
• Yoursound experience in business development/account management is combined with a high level of client orientation
• Youhave an analytical mindset with an affinity for digital technologies and a deep understanding of business processes
• You promote an open and appreciative way of communication and have excellent leadership skills
• You tackle challenges and find suitable solutions
• You have already achieved a lot in your professional career and have developed an extensive network
• You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
