BDO's Transfer Pricing Practice is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager who wants to continue their career in an international consulting firm. The candidate will actively contribute to the further development and expansion of BDO Swiss Transfer Pricing Services, while consolidating the cooperation with the BDO network of international firms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-depth transfer pricing consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries
- Independently perform complex functional and risk analyses
- Review, design and implement transfer pricing policies and structures
- Assist with tax audits and dispute resolution with tax authorities
- Act as a point of contact for transfer pricing issues with other service lines within BDO
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary projects (Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, M&A, GMS)
- Assist clients in transfer pricing project management and implementation
- Provide country-by-country reporting and compliance advice
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor or Master's degree in business or law
- Tax certifications - obtained either in Switzerland (e.g. STEX) or abroad - are a plus
- 3+ years of transfer pricing experience with a professional services firm or in-house, either in Switzerland or abroad
- Fluency in German and English; French or other languages a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to prioritize multiple client engagements and deliver exceptional service
- Effective communication skills and the ability to cut through complexity
- Excellent understanding of financial metrics, accounting mechanics and complex business setups
- Strong self-motivation, ability to work independently, exceptional reliability
- Ability to think outside the box and develop and implement innovative ideas
- Combine networking skills, team spirit and strong customer focus
