How exciting would it be to run Zurich’s global HR technology transformation program? This is what we are offering you in the role of a Senior Program Director!

Working closely with the Group Head of HR Technology, this senior role requires a deep understanding of program management methodologies, best practices, and the ability to drive program delivery across diverse, cross-functional & international teams.

If you have extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex global programs ideally in an HR context, along with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, then just apply!

What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of Zurich’s HR technology transformation program aimed at moving the digital HR backbone to a cloud-based solution
  • Provide direction and support to internal project teams and act as main contact towards an external implementation partner organization
  • Oversee & control the program delivery across the various workstreams and ensure overall adherence to program timelines, objectives and budget
  • Supported by a PMO organization and in partnership with relevant internal and external stakeholders, own the detailed project plan to track progress and proactively manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs
  • Sustain a program governance structure, including the chairing of the steering committee and regular global and local program reviews
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues; put applicable mitigation strategies into action

What you bring

  • Master’s degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on HR or IT
  • 15+ years consulting or global program management experience
  • Strong experience with large scale technology transformation projects, preferably in HR
  • SAP / SuccessFactors technology expertise as a plus
  • Global Change Management experience preferred
  • Strong transformational leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills & emotional intelligence
  • Good understanding of market trends and end to end HR processes
  • Highly organized and independent working style
  • English language skills at mother-tongue level (C1-C2)
