What you will do

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant you will deliver components in Zurich’s strategic priority projects, with project manager oversight and a high degree of independence. Typical activities are:

• Data gathering and analyses
• Interviews and workshops with employees and subject matter experts
• Presentation of own analyses and recommendations, including their alignment within and outside the project team
• Contribute to regular project team problem solving discussions
• Support in the preparation and execution of steering committees, working sessions and meetings with internal stakeholders across various organizational layers
• For Senior Consultants: coaching of more junior team members and support of iCON internal activities (e.g., recruiting, training, team events)

What you bring

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems; ability to develop creative and structured solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams across all layers of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
• Graduate or post graduate (e.g., MBA, PhD) university degree with strong academic record and extra-curricular achievements
• For Senior Consultants: 2+ years’ experience working with top strategic advisory firms
• For Consultants: minimum of 1 year with a top strategic advisory firm

Final level offered (Consultant or Senior) is decided based on experience and interview process outcome.
