To reinforce the Sales department at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

SALES PLANNING ANALYST 100%

Job description

In addition to sales planning responsibilities, the chosen candidate will be managing our B-to-B requests and projects.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, forecasting, and sales & stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries
  • Acting as primary contact person for new, and ongoing, product and supply chain related topics for external markets
  • Consolidating and controlling Market Forecasts (used as production quantities) and Launch Plans (used as first deliveries to markets for new product launches)
  • Allocating and managing low stock / limited edition watches for global markets according to each pre-defined strategy
  • Project and product management of all incoming B2B Industrial sales requests, collaborating with each market and internal department involved (Product, Procurement, Distribution, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Managing phase-out products while expanding, and improving, the database and tools used for potential B2B Industrial Sales solutions
  • Providing best practices, technical guidelines, and trainings to local markets for B2B Industrial Sales, replenishment, and forecasting activities
  • Contributing to the testing and further development of SWATCH’s new in-house replenishment and forecasting systems

Profile

Professional requirements and profile

  • Commercial education
  • Background in Sales / Planning / Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service
  • Advanced Excel skills (a must)
  • Knowledgeable in PowerBI / SAP / other analytical skills a plus

In addition to the above, you have a customer service mindset and a flair for figures. You are proactive and independent, with a talent for organisation, communication, and project management. Furthermore, you are a problem solver, with a positive attitude and work ethic.

Languages

You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Any other languages are an advantage.
