We produce high-quality dairy products and cottage cheese in our own dairy in Saland in the Tösstal. The natürli Cheese products are available from numerous regional and national retailers, wholesalers and in our own 15 sales outlets Humidoren, available. With more than 140 employees, we are an important employer and economic factor in the Zurich Oberland region.

At our main location in Saland we are looking for a motivated team member immediately or by appointment

Department management for operations and building maintenance 80% - 100%

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for smooth house and building maintenance and ensure that the property is operated economically (conserving resources in terms of energy, water, consumables and cleaning materials)
• You independently take care of minor maintenance and repair work in the company, on machines and production systems and furniture
• You can safely troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in our machines and production systems and provide support with new installations
• You supervise our apprentice business maintenance specialist
• You create maintenance and inspection plans according to manufacturer specifications and are responsible for their implementation
• You organize, coordinate and check external maintenance and repair work, obtain offers, compare and evaluate them and check work reports

Your profile:

• You have completed technical training (cleaning technology, maintenance, gardener, painter, mechatronics engineer or mechapractitioner, etc.) and have several years of professional experience, ideally from the food industry
• It is an advantage if you have experience in electrical maintenance and are open to specialist further training
• You have organizational talent and are used to structured, clean and independent work
• You also speak German very well and are familiar with MS Office programs
