As Test Automation Engineer you will plan and drive testing activities across all stages and iterations of product, systems and service development. You will have an opportunity to adopt and adapt appropriate testing methods, automated tools and technique to solve problems in tools and testing on a Group level.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks
  • Closely collaborating with Senior Devs, Product managers, SCRUM Masters and Architects to determine the appropriate test automation level and quality required
  • Planning, designing, managing, executing and reporting of tests
  • Creates test data, writing and executing of automated test cases/scripts.
  • Contribute to product/project review meetings. Support Quality Assurance Management in determining status.
  • Design and develop Integration tests and contribute to the creation of E2E test suites automated, assembling functional automation tests built by teammates.
  • Integrating Automated Tests in CI/CD Toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure Pipelines)
  • Build and execute negative testing/chaos testing to ensure that systems meet requirements for fault tolerance.
  • Managing risks associated with testing and taking preventative action when needed: Assess risk / problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities.
  • Adopting and adapting testing methods using predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches for testing
  • Engineering, using and maintaining test automation tools to measure and improve the quality of the software being tested
  • Improving productivity through automation, tools and best practices
  • Create Standards, Procedures, Processes, and Best practices as related to Test Automation, Testing & Quality Assurance

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline and at least 5 years of development experience
  • Proven experience with Automation Framework tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium and\or Automation Tool as UFT1, Tosca Tricentis
  • Proven experience with Performance testing tools like JMeter and\or Azure Test Load and others is a Plus
  • Demonstrated successfully planned, design + accomplished tests in a multi-vendor and international environment leveraging different test automation platforms
  • Experience with eCommerce Platforms such as SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Magento, and others will be considered as strong advantage
  • DevOps and CI/CD toolset, processes a must
  • Experience with Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and others is a Plus
  • Experience working in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDCL) environment a plus
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) for enhancing automation, including AI-driven test script generation, NLP techniques, intelligent test case selection, and advanced test result analysis, as well as knowledge of Microsoft AI products for extended automation capabilities, will be considered as strong advantage.
