Your responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for stores / salespeople in their day-to-day business (customer requests, stock and sales inquiries)
- Support Category Management team in management of stock, procurement, and sales activities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks within Category Management
- Coordinate projects for Category Management
- Create and maintain master data
Your skills
- Finished commercial apprenticeship and/or substantial experience in retail
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and reliably
- Customer-focused, team player and strong communicator skills
- Interest in watches and jewelry
- Fluent in German and English
