Forbo is headquartered in Baar in the canton of Zug, Switzerland.

For our corporate headquarters in Baar, we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced person to join us in the following position:

Head Corporate Tax (m/f/d) 80–100%

Drawing on your expertise and broad experience in the area of corporate taxes, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an efficient tax strategy and a Group-wide transfer pricing concept (management and trademark fees as well as transfer prices for the divisions). You will have full responsibility for the Swiss Group companies in all types of tax and will also provide technical support for questions as well as tax audits of foreign Group companies. You will implement tax and annual financial statement planning in the Group in accordance with IFRS and continuously develop these topics. You will be responsible for implementing minimum taxation, country-by-country reporting, and tax-efficient cash repatriation as well as group financing. In this exciting environment, you will represent the company vis-à-vis domestic and foreign tax authorities as well as external tax advisors. You will monitor international tax developments and coordinate them within the Group accordingly. You will also review new international tax concepts and be the driving force behind implementation proposals. Knowledge and experience in tax accounting in accordance with IFRS and indirect taxes are also important.

You have a university degree in business administration or law and have completed further education as a federally certified tax expert. You also have several years of comparable professional experience in an international environment. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills also in German language who is service-oriented, proactive, highly independent, and structured. With your distinctive analytical and conceptual approach and your high level of social competence, you will provide professional services in your area of responsibility. You are very motivated and used to acting in a solution-orientated and proactive way. Flexibility and meeting deadlines are among your strengths, as are reliability and the ability to work in a team. You will report directly to the Group CFO.
