Lead Customer Service Administrator

Summary

Key role within small commercial team covering sales administration, marketing support and event management, Managing Director/Site leader assistance

Responsibilities:

Support marketing and sales activities

  • Organisation, coordination and realisation of marketing, sales activities and projects in cooperation with responsible management

  • Coordination, organisation incl. logistics for all national and international congresses, educational events, workshops and internal meetings

  • Support sponsoring activities (Contracts, communication incl. corporate identity)

  • Support content approval process

  • Monitoring marketing- and sales budget incl. accounting process

  • Communication hub (company, agencies, suppliers internal and external, national and international

  • Swiss-specific customer mailings (e-mail or postal in German, French and Italian as required)

  • Coordination of Product Notifications and Field Safety Notices

  • Maintenance and care of web contents via CMS application (Switzerland and Austria, Germany in representation)

  • Quality assurance of Corporate identity in the responsible field

Sales-/Tech. Service administration

  • Administrative support sales team and Sales Manager

  • Offer and contract management sales and service in German and French

  • Procurement and management of booth concept and brochures (physically and electronically (MS-Teams in German, French, English and rarely in Italian)

  • Maintenance of customer data

  • General correspondence

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Economics Bachelor degree or commercial education or equivalent

  • >5 years practical experiences

  • Fluent in German & English, good command of French

  • Service-oriented thinking and acting

  • Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills

  • Teamplayer

  • Proactive, initiative personality

  • High flexibility and resilience

  • Sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Structured approach and analytical competence

  • Experience in event management is an advantage

  • Fit with MS-Office Range (incl. Powerpoint, Teams)
