We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Digital Products Manager to join our Digital Sales team and drive the growth and success of our international online shops, one for consumers and one for dental professionals. You will be part of the Digital Sales Team that is responsible for the company's online distribution channels and mobile apps. As the Digital Products Manager, you will play a pivotal role in further developing and optimizing the professional and consumer web shops to enhance user and customer experience, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and will act as a liaison between the team at headquarters and the local markets. You will provide leadership and direction to the product team and ensure that the strategic vision, roadmap, and the business goals are considered and integrated into the product development.

Responsibilities:
  • You lead a team and improve operations and performance of the subteam responsible for digital projects and products.
  • You lead the strategic development and execution of our digital product roadmap for both the international consumer and the international professional online shops, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product development, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development efforts.
  • You continuously analyse market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape within our industry to identify opportunities, particularly in the realm of online shopping.
  • You utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, optimize user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  • You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, user engagement, and ROI, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • You oversee and optimize processes within your area of responsibility.
  • You work closely with stakeholders to manage requests, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • You stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • You cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • You demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • You bring proven experience (at least 4 years) in digital product management within the online retail/e-commerce sector.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies.
  • You demonstrate the ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to motivate them to work towards the same goal.
  • You already have expierence in leading a team
  • You exhibit exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • You show the ability to challenge the status quo and be solution oriented.
