Position Overview

Aktiia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant to spearhead the planning and execution of our new positioning strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reshaping the company's image and product positioning, as well as driving the creation of compelling content for our website and PR materials. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge startup and make a tangible impact on the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine Aktiia's brand positioning, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support Aktiia's new positioning and product offerings in the European market.
  • Create engaging and informative content for Aktiia's website, reflecting the new positioning and effectively communicating the value proposition to target audiences.
  • Lead the redesign of Aktiia's website, working closely with designers and developers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
  • Generate compelling content for press releases, articles, and other PR materials, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage key channels and platforms to distribute PR content and communicate Aktiia's message to relevant audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in brand positioning, content creation, and website management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving positive change in healthcare.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
