ARTIDIS enables professionals to design personalized cancer treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs and desired outcomes.

Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for all Finance related processes at ARTIDIS, this includes Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Treasury.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company 
  • Manage all accounting and payment processes in cooperation with an external partner
  • Consolidate the budget and support the forecast cycles
  • Prepare the financial reports for the Swiss HQ as well as the affiliated companies (US, Spain)
  • Prepare management reports and establish controlling instruments for the departments
  • Accounting experience in IFRS is a must; OR knowledge is a benefit
  • Daily cash operations
  • Manage ad hoc requests and project work assigned by the CFO
  • Experience in the implementation of a new ERP system within a SME or Start-up

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent education in finance or accounting/controlling
  • 7+ years of professional experience in a comparable function
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, compliance and accounting principles; experience in setting up new standard processes is beneficial
  • Good communication skills and the ability to support as a business partner
  • Excellent analytical skills, results-oriented and used to a fast changing environment
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
