Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements
• Lead the design and implementation of modern technology platforms and enterprise applications suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Co-lead the development of the SAP EPM practice by leading sales and team development activities (including recruiting, learning and development)
• Drive cooperation opportunities with local and international colleagues across EY service lines

To qualify for the role you must have:

• A Master's degree with a strong academic record of achievement, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business
• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Finance technology, particularly in Planning and Consolidation with SAP Analytics Cloud; key topics include revenue, COGS, P/L, manpower planning
• SAP Certifications in relevant areas (SAP Analytics Cloud: Planning; SAP Business Planning and Consolidation) preferred
• Proven experience leading teams / workstreams in S/4HANA implementations for global clients, particularly in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry; previous experience in Consulting is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated, deep understanding of EPM, FP&A, financial planning models and processes, including integration into the overall planning process; proven experience translating finance processes into IT designs and tech specifications, and leading technical / development teams
• Proven communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, business acumen, and ability to drive business KPIs
• Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus
