Key Account Manager Oncology 100%

Switzerland

 

The Key Account Manager Switzerland will be key in promoting the currently commercialized products within the field of Hematology/Oncology in Switzerland and reports directly to the Regional Director DACH.

 

Your main tasks

  • Develop, own and drive territory and account planning, including customer targeting, in line with the regional strategy in partnership with the Regional Director and the Medical team in Germany.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to develop a regional and national market access strategy for current and future assets.
  • Presents a positive image of the company and develop awareness about current and future therapeutical solutions to relevant customer groups.
  • Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs, including sales and volume targets.
  • Structured collection of customer insights, ensuring optimal targeting and segmentation of customers and sales force excellence.
  • Collect and compile competitive intelligence in a structured way. Collaborate with relevant internal colleagues, including HQ and other affiliates, share insights and identify new opportunities, contribute to defined brand strategy and the development of promotional tools and other relevant documentation.
  • Drive patient group identification, diagnosis and in close cooperation with other field based functions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure market penetration, after developing a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner by collaborating with internal (commercial, supply chain, and compliance) and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver the agreed sales targets and KPIs and ensure in line with set cost.
  • Establish and maintain contact with key customers and provide commercial and scientific services to ensure access at site of care, and that logistics are in place to administer the product.
  • Manage and execute local meetings to drive diagnosis and treatment rates, in collaboration with the Medical Team for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Represent our client at local and national events and congresses.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal functions (Medical, Commercial and Market Access ), as required.
  • Steer regular local alignment meetings with other field based functions to ensure proper implementation and outcomes against the committed territory and account plans.
  • Timely and accurate reporting and continuous diligent maintenance of the agreed KPIs and Objectives.
  • Conducts all activities to highest ethical standards in accordance with country code of practice and local Laws and regulations.
  • Actively advocate our customers values.

 

Your profile

  • University degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine or Pharmacy and /or medical background
  • Fluent Language skills in German & English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous launch experience in the field of Haematology/Oncology.
  • Proven track-record in local Market Access activities.
  • Strong personal drive and focus on stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and with a network of stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented and with a can-do-attitude.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and code of conduct in marketing & sale.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability (>60% travel)
