Job description:

About This Job:

The Operations Coordinator in Switzerland is vital to the successful implementation and integration of commercial operations initiatives within the Alpine affiliate. You will collaborate closely to co-create and own the implementation of the Affiliate commercial excellence and operations plan, emphasizing sustainable day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional workspace for all employees.
  • Oversee the company vehicle fleet and develop and implement policies and procedures for safe and responsible vehicle usage.
  • Co-drive projects aimed at simplifying processes, streamlining workflows, and fostering an agile mindset across the affiliate.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, E&C, and other departments to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Excellence & Operations team as needed.

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is based in Wallisellen/Zurich.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
