To strengthen our Marketing department, we are looking for a:

CONTENT SPECIALIST

ROLE

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and technical teams to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear and concise content.
  • Crafting compelling narratives and storytelling elements that effectively communicate our company's value proposition, solutions, and expertise.
  • Writing and editing content for a variety of mediums, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and marketing materials.
  • Conducting thorough research on industry topics, trends, and developments to inform and enhance our content strategy.
  • Adding value to the conversation around relevant topics by providing insights, analysis, and thought leadership through your content.
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and strategic insight to identify opportunities for thought leadership initiatives and content marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and executive teams, to align content with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content channels.
  • Understanding the nuances of tone and messaging for different audience segments, including governmental audiences, and adapting content accordingly.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, compelling, and accessible content
  • Excellent research skills and a knack for uncovering insights and angles that add value to the conversation
  • Critical thinking and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for thought leadership and content innovation
  • Dynamic personality with a passion for storytelling and creativity, as well as an appreciation for company culture and values
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing principles is a plus
  • Experience working with governmental or regulatory audiences is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Native level of English, French B2 Level
