Perfil del candidato

• 10 years of H3SE professional experience in energy industry and construction sector(s) of which 5 years should be in managerial role.

• Technical degree plus international H3SE degree/diploma

• Experience in the power sector will be preferred.

• Proven autonomy and ability to manage high level contacts are required.

• Precision and zero compromise/tolerance approach on H3SE and technical excellence must be proven.

• High level of knowledge and understanding of the local H3SE regulations

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving health & safety, and environment management systems requirements.

• Good English language oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

• Proficiency computer skills with MS office and other day-to-day work-related software applications are necessary

Contexto y entorno

Position will be based in RSA and strongly involved into the RSA Renewable Energy projects preparation, monitoring and execution.

Close cooperation with Renewable Energy H3SE will be necessary

Employee will comply with all applicable TotalEnergies Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (H3SE&Q) requirements and supporting standards. Such duties include being familiar with and setting a personal example in adherence to the TotalEnergies H3SE MAESTRO Management System; taking responsibility for their own safety and that of fellow workers; reporting any anomaly, near miss, or incident; and actively participating in H3SE Meetings, H3SE & Sustainability Moments, training sessions and drills.
