As software engineer with a flair for DevOps you will have many opportunities to build cutting-edge search infrastructure together with an interdisciplinary team of enthusiastic engineers.

Tasks

  • You drive the transition of search features from development to deployment.
  • You collaborate with the scrum team to make the most of your work.
  • You research solutions for our next use cases, e.g. MLOps for vector search.
  • You develop efficient deployment workflows based on infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • You tweak the configuration of our search engine infrastructure for optimal performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in professional, backend-oriented software engineering.
  • Degree in computer science (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of object oriented programming (e.g. C#/.NET).
  • Grasp of DevOps technologies (e.g. Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search is a plus.
