Sales and Operation Planner Manager (m/f/d)

If you are a strategic thinker with expertise in supply chain management, proficient in data analysis and modelling all while possessing strong collaboration skills to work across various teams - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Own the supply chain planning models and simulations for all hardware products
  • Develop and implement tactics to optimize TCO and container supply, and overseeing implementation alongside operational teams
  • Assess market developments and create/define models to derive strategies with horizon of up to 2 years
  • Benchmark the global network and pooling capabilities of hardware with future demands and the business model 
  • Collaborate with the sales operations to understand market development to create future demand scenarios
  • Develop and maintain a robust demand planning process with all involved stakeholders
  • Benchmark the planning data with the actuals, explain the differences and derive & implement according measures
  • Collaborate with the product management to provide insight on necessary production outputs based on different scenarios
  • Continuously analyze network system and provide insight about the station network robustness
  • Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate the efficacy of implemented tactics and defined strategies
  • Ensure that SkyCell is capable of meeting client demands in terms of product supply and delivery on a global level

This is what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a technical/scientific field
  • Profound understanding of statistical models and forecasting methodologies
  • Experienced with S&OP software and ERP systems to leverage technology for efficient planning
  • High industry knowledge with a focus on logistics, warehousing, technology and sustainability
  • High understanding of improvement and optimization methodologies
  • Capable of streamlining, standardizing and automating processes to increase efficiency
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experienced in implementing changes and improvement projects end-to-end with all stakeholders
  • Very strong communication skills, communicates effectively to their project teams and other stakeholders
  • Highly independent and very strong problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large projects within the defined timelines
