We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team.

As a Senior Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be successful Senior Chef de Partie, candidate, you will have experience working in a professional kitchen in a similar environment, strong communications skills and time management. Experience in a Michelin star environment is ideal.
