GRADUATE PROGRAM | STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING - September 2024

BUs are in charge of designing and providing business drivers: category strategy at a global scale and per geography, product & service offer, consumer experience (including content and communication).

Strategic Marketing responsibility is therefore strengthened, in particular by piloting the creation of contents (including advertising contents), markets being responsible for their activation.

This Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to discover or reinforce your knowledge in different areas within Marketing thanks to three different assignments.

YOUR MISSIONS:

§ Mission 1: Project Product Manager (Rumilly – Haute-Savoie, France) - September 2024 to August 2025

We are preparing the future of cookware developing a new generation of pots and pans going another step further in durability, ease of use and cooking performance.

Based in our Global Cookware site , you will join our Strategic Business Unit Cookware and more specifically the Pots & Pans team. Recognized as Groupe SEB's international skills center for TEFAL brand products, our Rumilly industrial site, near Annecy, employs 1 600 passionate people.

As a Project Product Manager (Strategic Marketing) and reporting to the International Product Director in charge of the non stick pans category, you will develop the “easy cooking” part of the coming new Pots and Pans generation

· Develop deep understanding and knowledge of this perimeter (competition, products, services, consumer targets...) worldwide

· Support International product manager in finetuning strategy, positioning, key messages and benefits for these new ranges

· Follow and animate together with the project manager the process of product development to ensure we meet the right value equation in the right timing.

· Write down the strategic marketing files, and the marketing briefs to pass the different validation phases.

· Collaborate with the market managers to define the commercial strategy (prices, channel management, client specificities) of those ranges.

§ Mission 2: Product Manager (Mexico or USA tbd) – September 2025 to February 2026

This second assignment is the operational counterpart of your mission in France. You will have the opportunity to discover the operational management of the Pots & Pans business in one key market for the category you have worked on as part of strategic marketing team.

Supporting the Product Manager, your role will be to develop and implement product and marketing strategy plans in the local market under Groupe SEB’s guidelines, and constantly looking into new business and product opportunities to grow the cookware category.

You will:

· Support the Product Manager in the market launch of new products and define key communication plans

· Co-manage Below the Line (BTL) budget for “Go To Market” activation in coordination with local agencies and departments, especially Sales (KAMs), Logistics and Supply Chain

· Monitor the market to make analyses (based on GFK data) and identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities

· Understand consumer insights, market trends, and shopper behavior, working close with the HQ / BU in France

· Coordinate and approve translations of product texts, packaging, leaflets, and all assets related to the product launch

· Manage local marketing activities in coordination with Digital and Social Media Department

· Support the organization of marketing events (launch events, sales events & co…)

§ Mission 3: Digital marketing project manager (location to be defined) – 6 months from March 2026

The final 6-months assignment will be a real opportunity for you to consolidate your skills, acquire a cross-company vision of a role and identify your next position within Groupe SEB.

Following your first 2 assignments in Strategic Marketing and Operational Marketing, the objective will be for you to discover another role within Marketing department, focused on digital marketing.

As a digital marketing project manager, you will work on following tasks

· Developp a Social Media strategy across all social channels and digital touchpoints to engage consumers and continually increasing our digital footprint and brand awareness.

· Build creative content brief and editorial line together with marketing team and dedicated agency, and responsible for the follow-up execution and performance.

· Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns.

· Get consumers insights from Social Media and share with your colleagues to inspire them.

· Raise our Influence Marketing strategy by identifying new opportunities. Elaborate a strong communication plan and drive leads to our websites.

Depending on Groupe SEB strategy, local contexts, and the development of your skills, we will define the third mission during the year 2025. You could be based in or out of Europe.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

· Graduated with a master’s degree in a Business School or equivalent in 2022, 2023 or 2024

· No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)

· Previous study period or work experience outside your home-country

· International mobility

· Fluent in French and English, another language will be considered as a plus

· You have excellent persuasive skills and you master the digital ecosystem

Stage 3: If you are among the candidates selected in the first round, you will be invited to attend a special Recruitment Day on May 16th with your future managers and HR teams on our campus in Lyon.

Stage 4: Applicants that are successful in the interviews and the Assessment Center will then be offered a position to join the Groupe SEB Graduate Program.

Stage 5: Beginning of the Graduate Program: September/October 2024!
