SPS Software and Hardware Engineer

Due to the further growth of the ferruSwitch team we are looking for a

SPS Software and Hardware Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks

  • Customer project processing
  • Technical feasibility studies in-house and on site
  • Creation of functional descriptions and electrical diagrams
  • SPS programming including GUI/HMI functionalities
  • Testing and cleaning of the programs and interfaces
  • Testing, documentation and internal acceptance of the controls
  • Electrical and software-technical commissioning of machines and equipment on site
  • Support of customer service according to SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Completed relevant further training (e.g. bachelor)
  • Experience in the engineering of PLC control systems (Siemens, AB, Pilz), in automation technology and control engineering
  • Familiar with MS-Office, E-CAD, ERP
  • Loyal team player with a goal-orientated, independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (level B2)
  • Willingness to travel globally 30 %
  • Valid category B driving licence
