Digital Business Analyst

  • Driving the implementation and maintenance of the metrics framework for assessing the success of marketplace initiatives
  • Creating actionable insights for improving the performance of the marketplace according to various KPI's
  • Execute projects assigned by team across metrics, testing and analytics realms
  • QA functionality, user experience, and content relevancy.
  • Enhancing and interpretating meaningful performance dashboards for business' decision making
  • Supporting the business to define concepts for online measurements on e.g. web/ad campaign
  • Drive identification of requirements and new processes through evaluation of real-time data
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every analytics project

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant applications (i.e. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau etc)
  • Capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
