Role Description
Allianz Specialty have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Owner to join our family of talented people in the Transformation Change Team.
As a Product Owner you will lead a member of the Scrum team, supporting change throughout the full development process from concept to delivery. You will evaluate all opportunities and prioritise what gets built and delivered through a clear concise backlog.
The Product Owner will support the Business Analysis/scum team with epic creation and Business Owners with solution validation, review of epics, user stories, designs and solutions. You will also support the business validation testing of the developed solution and ensure alignment with the Architecture team.
About You
To be successful for the role you will have an understanding of General Insurance end to end process and products with the ability to work alongside cross-functional experienced teams.
Previous Product Owner experience is desirable, however a good understanding of the role, and what is expected with a willingness to learn is required.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical information in a simple way and when required the ability to influence and negotiate.
You will be a strong team player and not afraid to take a risk-based approach to decision making.
Experience of changing technology is desirable.

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.
Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage.
