Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager

The Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager will be the global owner in executing

Global Supply Chain KPIs, controlling and supporting of Global Supply Chain Activities

and Projects.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Executing and implementing supply chain strategies (local and global projects)
• Conducting performance analyzes including elaboration and introduction of continuous improvement measures and tools
• Supporting with capacity planning, capacity balance and purchase order release
• Collaborating with regional supply chain organizations and other external stakeholder Project management ownership of Supply Chain and Sourcing Projects from transition to implementation
• Proactively developing and implementing improvement ideas and streamline implementation of sourcing strategies with other team members
• Result driven and used to create value with a hands-on approach
• Utilize, challenge, adapt and manages processes, data and tools for souring performance management
• Independently manages collection, adaptation, builds automated periodical mechanism of data analytics to facilitate effective strategic decision making
• Partners with Category Management/Product Line Supply Chain/Supply Chain Managements well as internal factory managers to model, document ramp up and ramp down scenarios to support on time/on cost productivity as well as BCC project implementation

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Minimal 10 years of working experience in Operations Supply Chain Management and related field (i.e., sourcing, data analytics, project management, supply chain, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills (risk based) and focus on the essential facts
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Process management and pedagogical skills
• Ability to work across regions and functions and proactive to lead interdisciplinary project teams
• Strong project management, data analytics, and productivity tools (i.e. Teams, Power BI)
• Ability to learn new systems, meets objectives and works independently in a matrix organization – Minimal supervision
• Sensible and emphatic communication skills with colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders, etc.
• Able to get results through others, able to multi-task, sense of priority, able to handle stress levels.
• Working experience within a global complex organization
• Fluent communication skills in English, German is a big advantage
