We are seeking to recruit a Trainee eager to become immersed in the world of banking and operational data. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and be part of one of the internal project management teams. Your mission will be to lead the development and implementation of innovative operational dashboards targeted at key stakeholders and decision makers within the Wealth Management division of the bank.
 

Your role

 

You will be responsible for : 

•    Confirming the target objectives and needs, and link them to internal performance indicators (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) and benefits for new Front Operational dashboards.
•    Identifying and document existing dashboards related to the defined scope, identifying their current constituents, use, limits, strengths and weaknesses.
•    Designing the target dashboard(s), outlining a phased approach to achieving their full scope (including objective, scope, benefits, target audience, status of and gaps in the data needed to create it, options, etc.).
•    Implementing the first version of the dashboard. Defining and preparing the necessary data, including defining data sources and managing necessary additions to current data masters. Analysing the dashboard’s results, deriving conclusions and key business messages for the management
•    Presenting project progress, results and first version of the dashboard to the bank’s key stakeholders, including recommendations for its next stage of evolution.
 

Your profile

 

•    Master’s student in Data/Computer Science or Business Administration with strong data expertise, or equivalent
•    Strong IT and data analytics background and familiarity with financial services
•    A definite interest in finance and operations, data analytics and data visualisation
•    Proficient in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office, Tableau, SQL, use of databases, etc.)
•    Demonstrable ability in written and verbal communication for presenting results and findings
•    Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
•    Capacity to work independently
•    Proficient in French and working knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
