CRM Content Coordinator

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a :
CRM Content Coordinator
Main activities
- Develop CRM programs in consistency with the customer journey and aligned with Digital, Marketing and Event teams on the communication plan on Global and Local levels
- Perform day-to-day emailing activities, including content, scheduling, testing, and implementation of one-shot, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators
- Support local campaign needs in term of content and monitoring
- Animate content best practices within the global CRM community
- Any other specific assignment that may be entrusted to you by the Management
Your profile
- EPF, HES, University or Engineer degree
- Minimum of 1-3 successful years of Marketing and Customer communications experience, experience in healthcare public relations would be a plus
- A first B2B and/or B2C experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Luxury industry would be an asset
- Demonstrated writing, editing and project management skills and attention to detail
- Proven writing, editorial and project management experience combined with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality content
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Well-developed analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- CRM tools and email service providers knowledge, Marketing Cloud a plus
- Experience with customer data management and segmentation
- An independent and critical thinker who is a strong, collaborative team player and fast learner
- Fluency in English and French
