Job Description

Our Fund Management Company / AIFM in Liechtenstein is looking for a Senior Fund Operations Manager to complement our team of eight specialist, that is collaborating in a trusted and familiar working atmosphere fostering the personal growth of employees. Your responsibilities in the team will include:

  • Taking ownership in the multifaceted day-to-day management of the operational fund business of LGT Capital Partners (FL) Ltd.;

  • Cooperate with service providers (e.g. fund administrators, custodian bank, tax advisors) and play an active role in their due diligence, selection, monitoring and performance evaluation;

  • Drafting of reports and filings to regulatory bodies, management and tax administrations;

  • Professional handling of various inquiries in connection with the daily fund business and participation in interdisciplinary projects or tasks;

  • Act as a deputy to the Head of Operations, with attractive medium-term development prospects.

Requirements

  • University degree/postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;

  • Sound experience and understanding of the fund business from an operational perspective (e.g. fund administration, fund accounting, fund structuring, custodial and banking services, fund taxation);

  • Proficient German and business fluency in English are a must-have,

  • Project management experience combined with the ability to work independently and getting things done even within tight deadlines;

  • As a driven team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you aim for high quality, are willing to support across the team and to assume additional responsibilities.
