Our Product Information Management Team is responsible for the creation of technical manuals and spare parts catalogs as well as webinars and utility videos. We are now looking for a committed and highly motivated Head of Product Information Management who shares our strong sense of purpose and is ready to create a sustainable tomorrow together with us.


  • Responsible for the strategy, development, and maintenance of an international and multilingual content management system (Quanos ST4)
  • Development of concepts and strategies for the global provision of product information
  • Leading projects within the global strategy of product information management
  • Support and coaching of international teams
  • Leading the local team (personnel responsibility)
  • Operational support for Business Areas and external Partners

Required qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Leadership experience minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of software product information management (ST4, Cosima, Congree, CatalogCreator, Across, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Experience in project management of international projects
  • Strong relationship and interest in IT landscapes
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactivity, high motivation,flexibility, independent work manner
  • Fluent in German and English (written + spoken)
  • Readiness to travel up to 10%

  • Team spirit and well-developed communication skills as well as the ability to work within an interdisciplinary environment
  • Ability to work in a highly structured and organized manner
