To support the launch of our IoT Platform, we are looking for an independent person with a high degree of personal responsibility motivated to approach complex problems in a systemic solution-oriented manner.

Your tasks

• As part of the customer services project team, you will perform advanced troubleshooting and assure the maximum level of support on incident resolution including network, configurations, system integrations or applications issues.
• You will work closely to improve our services with the Digital Project Leader in the customer services department.
• Drive Digital technical activities in cross department environment: Customer Services, Technical Units, Potential External Partners and interact with stakeholders in case of escalation.
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the entire eco-system (software, hardware, network) and make sure it is properly documented.

Your profile

• Experience in escalation and technical support function
• Great analytical skills and solutions oriented
• Master / Bachelor Sciences with a focus on computer science, system engineering, network engineering or equivalent
• A network certification is a plus (ex. Cisco Certified Network Professional)
• Strong experience in debugging tools (API testing, Browser debugging)
• Knowledge of at least one programing language (e.g., C#, Java)
• Familiarity with databases and Linux usage
• English
