Tasks:

• Define retention offers and discounts, based on channel needs and commercial targets: you will monitor their performance, and build a strong understanding of all existing retention offers available in all channels; you will drive the IT implementation and ensure the technical readiness of all offers, in all necessary systems
• Derive actions from insights into customer behavior, churn reasons and Retention performance: you will collect such insights from customers & agents, through call listening and regular operational touchpoints
• Drive creation and delivery of reports and analysis: you will monitor churn drivers and reasons and define actions to improve
• Analyze and understand all processes impacting retention: you will identify opportunities to improve such processes and together with the Retention channel and will ensure the implementation of such changes
• Collect feedback from Retention agents, regarding needs for tools and interfaces improvements: you will trigger and monitor the delivery of all necessary changes by the technical departments
• Ensure the correct representation of product benefits, UPSs and marketing messages in Retention scripts: you will maintain and update all necessary materials and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree+ in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Telco, service industry or consulting experience - mandatory
• Multi-year experience in a strategic, commercial, project management role, or leadership role
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, in a highly fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to take ownership of projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German will be an advantage
