Job purpose:

By joining our team, you will be able to provide data support that is critical for the business and market needs.

You will have a key role to:

  • Provide support for user inquiries and usage of Salesforce CRM
  • Manage opt-in data capture and consent management from customers
  • Support CRM analytics, reporting and data cleaning efforts
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of organizational data assets
  • Conduct monthly reporting checks across multiple systems
  • Populate, maintain and improve various existing dashboards locally
  • Assist in building Power BI reports for data visualization

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the secondary main contact for CRM technical inquiries and facilitate data changes
  • Manage the process of capturing opt-in data within the CRM system
  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining user training materials to build CRM-related capabilities
  • Contribute to analyses, document findings, and derive necessary measures for the systematic optimization of data quality within the CRM system
  • Conduct critical data quality checks and assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in business informatics, business administration or similar field
  • Fluency in English and German required, (French considered an advantage)
  • Experience preferred with CRM & BI Tools and its functionalities
  • High degree of solution and service orientation
  • High IT affinity, operation of various systems and databases
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively
  • Accountability and excellence in execution
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • High learning agility and open mindset for change

This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited until 6 Months with an opportunity to conversion to full time contract.
