What's waiting for you:

• Provide technical consulting to our customers around Kafka


• Responsible for consulting in MQ messaging and Kafka, as well as actively tracking progress


• Platform engineering for the further development of Kafka as a Service


• Participation and implementation of test concepts as well as documentation of the developed solution


• Continuous development and optimization of the corresponding solution


• Analyze and resolve incidents on the productive system

What you bring:

• Completed computer science apprenticeship EFZ, a completed computer science degree or a comparable education


• Several years of experience with the development of Kafka (if possible IBM MQ) in the environment of Java applications (Spring Boot)


• Good knowledge of the container world, Kubernetes and the Linux environment, first work experience with OpenShift is an advantage


• Experience in MQ messaging or even streaming environment


• Reliable, independent and structured way of working with a stylish, professional appearance and pleasure in customer consulting as well as support


• Willingness to travel in order to work at the customer’s site


• Must-have: Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
